    Hi

    When filling out an action we are finding it quite counter productive if we have some comments for the client and some comments that are private as we need to create 2 actions for this.

    Maybe a better solution is to split the Action Details screen in two - the top half being Client Action Details and the bottom half being Staff Action Details (or similar). Both would then be completed in the one action and it also saves the embarrasment of making private comments and forgetting to tick the Staff Viewing Only tick box.

    Hi Al,

    An interesting idea. This would be quite a change the way the action screen works, but it would lead to some interesting workflows and template integrations. Anyone else like this idea?

    I can see how it could be valuable but it wouldn't save that much time in our environment. Maybe we're not busy enough.
    Though I have had a couple of occasions where a  'scratch pad' for notes by staff would be useful.
