Our organisation are keen to implement an Identity Manager system which can be used to track/display, amongst other things;
Staff Personal Details (Name, Phone, Mobile, Location, Section name, Vehicle registration, working hours/days etc)
Organisation Chart (what group they belong to, who the supervisor is, who they report to, where that group belongs to in the organisation etc)
Email Links as part of the Organisation Chart (personal and team)
Photos to quickly identify other staff in the organisation especially for security guards when trying to identify employees who have lost their ID (photo used from the Building Access Pass)
My thinking is that it would be better to aim to have this functionality embedded as part of the HelpMaster Pro application rather than running (yet another) software application. I believe that the functionality partially exists in the current HelpMaster Pro system but simply needs expansion.
It would be helpful to have this functionality available in the Web Client as well.
My initial thoughts are that it could be embedded in the Client Search screen whereby quick reference details could be displayed in the top right hand side of that screen when each client is searched for and highlighted. Obviously this wouldn't be the case for the Web Client as you are restricted from searching for any other clients' details than your own.
The inclusion of displaying clients' links to sites and equipment would also be useful. I know that a lot of this stuff is already in there, I am just wondering whether we can present it in a different way.
