     Hi,

I believe we have found a bug with the Priority Manager.  I'll explain what I did to come across this bug.

    1. We first created a new Priority Manager Profile.
    2. Under Priority Definition, we launch the helpdesk job finder and search for two values:
    • Issues and Children for: Technical
    • Assigned to= Technical unnassigned
    1. I return search criteria to the priority manager and hit close
    2. I hit Apply, then populate the rest of the profile.  I hit Apply, then Close and the window closes.
    3. When I go back into the same profile, the Assigned To value has disappeared.

I have tried this for both new jobs and existing jobs.  The major problem with this is that it sent out thousands of e-mails to staff members because it was not contrained to just unassigned jobs but rather every job with an issue of Technical.

We are getting the same issue as above, but we also seem to have another symptom which is that even though the job status in the job finder is set to "all non closed status'" or even if you pick specific "open" status' all of our closed jobs are triggering actions through the priority manager

    Hi Lisa and Adam,

Thanks for reporting this bug and for being specific about how to reproduce it. We've confirmed that this is a bug and we are currently working to correct it. A new release will be available soon with a fix.

Until then, you may want to disable any Priority Manager profiles that are affected by this.

    Best regards,
    Rod
