Web licences not being revoked on deletion of user

    Not sure if this is a bug or just how the client manager has been designed.

    If a user with a web licence is deleted the web licence count that can be seen in the top right corner of the client search screen does not increase by one. If you then go into a user and check the web licence count shown there it also does not refect a licence increase.

    Manually revoking a licence before deleting seems to work fine, but it would be nice if a user could be removed and web licences revoked all in the one action

    Oh and is there a way to try to get these licences back that may not have been revoked?

    Hi Adam,

    I've verified that deleting a client with web licence does in fact revoke her web licence and increase the available web licence count even though this information does not get refreshed on the client search screen. When you grant/revoke a licence from the client details screen you should get the up-to-date licence count. We will look into the issue of refreshing the licence count information in future.
