We are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Product Management Consultant, Beth Sherlock, complimenting the recent appointment of Distribution Partners in Europe and the USA.
Ms Sherlock has previously spent over seven years with EMC Infra, also an Australian based Service Desk software company that was acquired by the US storage solutions giant EMC in April of this year.
"PRD Software has developed an incredibly rich offering that is yet to be fully realized by the market," Ms Sherlock said "I am excited about the potential PRD already has in its product and look forward to seeing another Australian solution dominate the Service Desk software industry."
Ms Sherlock will focus on improving market recognition and penetration, as well as developing consulting revenue streams.
