The Vital ITIL Recital



If your service is appaling and your SLA is stalling, cause the clients keep on calling, and you dont know where to go...
If your DBA is cranky, and sys admin needs a hanky, cause your systems old and manky, and your DB overflows...
If your budget's getting tightened, and your CIO is frightened, cause the helpdesk ain't enlightened, and your reports are way too slow...

If your workflow is regressing, and the interface is oppressing, cause an upgrade is depressing and the process is a woe...

If you're hearing about ITIL, and you wonder if its vital, cause it could just be a title, and hence not worth the dough...
