There's no doubt we live in a self-service world.  How many of us head straight to the web now for our information, choosing that  over picking up a phone?  Your clients will be doing the same thing.  So cater to that need by implementing the Web module in HelpMaster Pro.  Your clients can log into your web interface, check the status of their jobs, update their job information, add an action, close a job if it's resolved itself.  This keeps your clients happier because they have the information they want at their fingertips, and it saves you time.  Click here to see a demonstration of the Web interface.   If you'd like more information on how to best set up your HelpMaster Pro web module, please let us know.
