HelpMaster is never finished.
That's why the the development team here at PRD are always busy implementing new ideas and product suggestions that have come from you.
3 feature releases of HelpMaster are planned for each calendar year, with regular maintenance updates released as required.
Here's what we have in store for future releases of HelpMaster.
HelpMaster 10
Estimated release date : No later than end of April 2010 Released 25 August 2010
Planned updates:
- A new licencing system. We'll be offereing HelpMaster in 3 different versions, as well as subscription-based licencing and more.
- A new one-line text box for "Job summary" for the job screen
- Improvements to the job preview, and action log
- A new look for the job screen. We've made changes to the way the job description is displayed, as well as a dual action log viewer that will make it much easier to manage your actions
- A new, powerful email parsing engine for the Email Manager
- An improved product installer
- An improved attachments handler. We've moved the attachments from the "Attachments" button and put it on a dedicated tab on each of the entity screens.
- More functionality for the web interface
- Miscellaneous fixes, improvements and tweaks
