HelpMaster Active Directory Screen Shots

The HelpMaster Active Directory module is a flexible "set and forget" utility that will synchronize your AD users with your HelpMaster clients.

Create, update or delete users

 Active Directory synchronization field mappings

Flexible field mappings.  Simply match each AD field with a HelpMaster field.  Any Active Directory field can be used.

Browse any number of LDAP paths.  HelpMaster can also traverse nested hierarchies, so all you need to do is pick the top-level AD path.

Set a synchronization schedule, and let HelpMaster take care of all your updates.

Active Directory synchronization also allows all HelpMaster users a single-sign on experience, whether they are using HelpMaster Desktop (Windows), or the HelpMaster Web Interface.
