Extra Blank Lines in Every Email

    Hi,

    We love email manager and it nicely logs all our jobs.  The one thing that now causes angst is that when it creates a new job it puts extra lines in between each paragraph!

    And I can see that this editor I'm using to write this does the same.  Is there anyone we can change the paragraph spacing so it comes in directly like the email!  And not with padded spacing!

    Makes the job very long and more difficult to print as some of them can be pages long!!!

    Hi Joanne,

    What version of Email Manager are you using? Also, are you connecting it directly to Microsoft Exchange, or via POP/IMAP to another data source?

    Hi Joanne,

    Thanks for reporting this issue,
    We were able to replicated this issue, it is outlook formatting the message this way when we go to retrieve it from within Helpmaster.

    We have now coded a fix where we search for these extra lines and remove them.
    The Job Details will now appear with the exact same spacing as the Email.

    This fix will be included in the next maintenance release.

    Excellent thanks! Please let me know which maintenance release it will be included in. We are about to upgrade to V11 and will wait until that fix is included.
