    Microsoft PowerBI is a powerful dashboard tool that allows you to quickly create dashboards based on your helpdesk / service-desk data.

     With an ever-increasing array of visualizations, stylings and data connectors, it's easy to get the data you need.

    PRD Software is currently working on a range of different PowerBI dashboards that leverage HelpMaster's reporting queries and data.  This will be make available in a future release.
