OK, so service management can be a little tricky to manage, but this!?
Available from Amazon. Perhaps the best evidence yet that ITIL v2, v3, COBIT, MOM, MOF, CMMI, ISO/IEC 20000, and all the other acronyms that the ITSM industry churns out needs someone to explain it simply.
Perhaps it's worth a read, although I suspect any service manager would be a little hesitant to have a book such as this on their desk at work.
