To manage template subscriptions, open the User Preferences screen using the User menu and selecting Template Subscriptions, or by pressing the F9 key.
Select from the drop-down box the entity type that you want. The left listbox will populate with all of the available templates. The right listbox displays all of your current subscriptions for this entity type.
If the Populate drop-down boxes with subscriptions checkbox is checked, this will ensure that every screen within HelpMaster that displays a drop-down box of templates will populate with your subscription list rather than the full list of available templates.
When you have finished managing your subscriptions, click on Apply or OK
