Whenever any email is sent, there is always a "From" address, that is, the sender's email address. HelpMaster allows you to set a default "From" address for all out-going email that is sent for Email templates, Email Manager email and Priority Manager email. This may be desirable if your organization wants to use just 1 email address as the "public face" of your organization. When client respond to this email address, the email will be delivered to the same inbox. This is especially useful if you have an Email Manager profile configured to scan this inbox.
