So, the AD field is "Office"? Which HelpMaster client field do you want to map this to?

Thanks for looking into this for me. Yes the Office Field in AD under the "General" tab is the one we are using for the Cost Centre, and we would love to map that field to HelpMaster client most likely as custom field.

HelpMaster now has the ability to add ANY Active Directory field mapping.

Taken from the Helpfile..

Mapping additional fields / custom Active Directory fields
If you have Active Directory data/fields that you wish to import into HelpMaster, but that data type does not appear in the list of available fields, it may be possible to still import that field. The list of available Active Directory fields (the list on the left), is populated directly from values stored in a database table called "tblActiveDirectory_Fields". By updating this table with the name of the field that you wish to import, this field will then display in HelpMaster as a map-able field. For further information about this, please contact PRD Software.
