This would enable incoming phone calls to automatically popup a new job screen with the clients details already entered. It would use the CLI of the caller to lookup the phone number in the Active Directory and automatically fill out the userid .  Reading through the v8 help file, I was hoping the AD integration might also allow an automated web module licence alloaction to new users synced from AD to HMP, but couldn't see anything The help file does indicate that if a client self registers on the web module, and there is a spare licence, they are granted access. We however don't allow self registration, as all our clients are internal company employees, so have been adding user to AD, HMP then allocating CAL. Is there any ...
