We are in planning phase of upgrading our helpmaster server hardware and I&160;was wondering if SQL 2008 R2 is supported with v10 So our server will be every thing x64 bit except for Helpmaster application itself. Hi.. We currently experiancing licensing error windows popping up. It is so random that we cannot pin-point where it is going wrong. When I check the logon session in HM&160;System Admin, there is only a handful of users which is much much less than licensed number. I&160;made sure the user was not double logging from multi workstation ether. But after a while (2~5Min) user can logon normally. &160; Regards &160;
