The Triggered Events features that appeared in v15 release of HelpMaster is one of the most powerful features for automation in HelpMaster.  It works similarly to the Priority Manager, but it can target any of the entities (clients, sites, assets, knowledge base articles, and even jobs).

This makes it very handy to configure service level agreement and other operational style notifications, alerts and escalations.

    For example.

    1. Create alerts for Assets that have an expired maintenance contract
    2. Log jobs for up-coming maintenance renewal contracts
    3. Log jobs for preventative maintenance on assets that are approaching a certain date

Like the Priority Manager, the Triggered Events actions can be stacked, so you can do multiple actions/updates for each targeted event.

For example, you can log a job for an up-coming event, AND add an alerts to the relevant entities that are linked to it.

The possibilities are great with the Triggered Event feature.
