    As the title suggests, I'd like to add a new mapping between HMP and AD.  It looks like the mappings are hard coded in the app but if someone knows a way to add a new one I'd like to know how to do it.

     

    Edit: We're running version 9.0.4.434.

    Hi Scott,

    The list of mappings (available fields to synchronize) is limited to what is displayed on the mapping screen. Which AD field were you after? Perhaps we could include it in an update?

    Hi Rod

    We're using otherTelephone in AD to store staff extension numbers. If you could add that field in a future update that would be great.

    Hi,

    I know this is an old post, but we are trialing HelpMaster V11 and within our AD we are using under the General Tab "Office" as a cost centre for each employee.

    We need to get this field updated into Helpmaster so we can charge our clients for each "call" they make.

    Since the new version of HPM is there any way of getting new field mappings done from AD to HPM? Or is it still hard coded?
