I've come back wondering why I couldn't reply to one of my old posts on the old board. Followed my nose and here I am - a whole new version. We run v7.5.184 here. My beef is the knowledgebase codes which it seems you may have addressed in this new version. v8 has new 'category codes' in the KB.
