Creating a profile to log a new job

Logging a new job for a new incoming email is one of the most common things that you will want to achieve with the Email Manager.   To add an action to (updating) an existing HelpMaster job, see Creating a profile to update an EXISTING job.

  1. To convert an email into a new job, create a new Email Manager profile by clicking "New" on the main Email Manager Profiles screen.
  2. Select which email folders to scan for this profile
  3. On the Email Processing page, select Create New Job, and click Next.
