Email Manager Tips and Tricks
Sending Email
- Make sure that every email you send from your workgroup has the number
of the HelpMaster job stated within the subject line of the outgoing
email.
- Ensure that the subject line for every outgoing email contains the exact
terminology / words to indicate the job number.
- Set the "From" address for each Email Manager profile to provide a
custom "reply" address.
Processing Email
- Create customized folders for the post-processing of individual Email
Manager Profiles.
- Check the Failed Email Log and Failed items folder regularly to keep
track of the Email Manager performance.
- If attachment size is an issue, limit the file size of the attachments
using the Attachments tab within a profile
