IIS (Internet Information Services) is available as an added feature of most Microsoft Windows operating systems. Note! IIS 7.5 and below is not compatible with the new HelpMaster Web Portal.

NOTE: While IIS is available on desktop operating systems, it is advisable not to use a desktop operating system to host the HelpMaster Web Portal in a commercial environment. This is especially the case if scalability and reliability are of importance.
