    Due to an increase in support requests outside of the terms of the Annual Maintenance Subscription (AMS). PRD Software will now be  strictly applying the billable component of the AMS to such requests.

    What does this mean?

    If you make a support request that is not as a result of a fault or issue with HelpMaster (such as setting up IIS or installing SQL server) then this becomes billable. If this is the case PRD Software will advise you and get your approval before proceeding.

    How can I avoid incurring a fee?

    PRD Software provides instructions on the configuration for underlying technologies (as they relate to HelpMaster) within the HelpMaster Help files, the online Knowledge Base and the Discussion forums. In most instances these will provide all the information you need to configure these technologies.
