    Hi,

       I'm fairly new to the Helpmaster software, so be gentle !

     

    I've helpmaster 10 up and running ok, its configured for web access which is also ok.  My problem is when i try to attach an attachment.  

     

    Here's my scenario.  

     

    • Click on new job icon.
    • Select template
    • Enter details in the job details field

    So far so good

     

    In the attachments field i click browse, which brings up an explorer box and i'm able to select a file to attach.

     

    I then click 'Log Job' and recieve the following error in a windows internet explorer popup window  "Upload error: Error loading progress data".

     

    It sounds to me like a permissions issue but i cant find where !  Has anyone any ideas ?

    Hi Chris,

    If this is occurring when logging a job from the Web Module then it may be due to the HelpMaster Application Identity Logon account not having 'Write' permissions to the HelpMaster Working Folders attachments path, or you may not have configured the 'Attachments' Virtual Directory on your IIS server.
