    We use Helpmaster Desktop v11.12.15 and sometime, we have this error message on Windows Seven and Remote Desktop 2008 R2:

     

    Ane error licensing error has occured.

    Please save your work now because the system will you log off within the next minute.

    Could you help me ?

    Hi Julien,

    Could you please send to support@prdsoftware.com.au, a copy of your HelpMaster error log file from one of the Windows 7 machines that has experienced this problem. The error log should be in the following location, C:\ProgramData\PRD Software\HelpMaster\HMPErrorLog.log. Could you also include in your email the steps that you normally perform immediately before the licensing error comes up. Thanks.
