Huge shoes to fill I know! I have basically just taken over Aprills role, only full time rather than part time. Only been here for a week so time will tell what exactly my role will be here. I have done helpdesk support for 10 years however nothing like this, I worked for a small ISP, so I supported home/small business internet connections with some domain hosting/web support.
