Just a quick reminder to anyone who is trying to import data into HelpMaster Pro via a comma separated value (CSV) text file.  Please ensure that when you save this file that you save it with an ANSI text encoding.  The HelpMaster Pro import wizard will not read from UNICODE or other encoded text files.

If you have a UNICODE CSV file, the easiest way to convert it is to open it in Windows Notepad, and then re-save it, selecting the ANSI encoding option.
