    Hi,

    Usual story with reporting, one more please!

    A crosstab report, with rows > Staff, Job Type and column > Issue with a count of job type.

    Then be able to do all the filters, date range, status, issue, site etc. Perhaps option to view Issue grouped/ungrouped.

    Maybe have a new report that you can build your own crosstab, ie which rows and columns make up the crosstab, and what to count, eg number of jobs, time spent, number overdue..

    Anyway this is the type of report we seem to look for, maybe it's the way we have Job Type and Issue created, but it seems to be a valuable report? It gives a good summary of staff and what has been happening, eg 'What have been all the jobs associated with a particular issue' we can say how many jobs which staff have done what (job type) on that issue. Eg if a department feels thier software 'doesn't work' but the report shows more training than incidents then that's good analysis?

    Haven't found something in the default reports, am I missing it?
