In the current released version of HelpMaster we have a feature very much like what you are asking for.
It is the context info dockable window, this can be docked in HelpMaster or clicked at anytime, when a Job is showing it will populate with the contact info for the Primary Client and their Site, with one click hyperlinks to open to the client or site screen.
If it is not showing on your Screen, it may need to be added from the Dock Windows drop down in the top right of the main toolbar.
