Hello.. We have a problem on TWO users only. When these people logon and click on 'Site Search' button error reporting window pops up. It happens no matter which PC they are logging in from. But it does not happen to any other users. They have all same permission level and same user group. (HM Administration) So, I was wondering if HM uses its own profile? IF it does how can I remove and recreate one? ps. Uninstalled and reinstalled HM but still the same error reporting windows pops up Regards

Hi ping monster This can some time be related to some users getting bad field chooser settings saved to the database. Get the users having this issue to open HelpMaster and select 'reset field chooser columns' item from the 'Settings' menu. NOTE: they will have to re-select any fields that had previously set up using the field chooser as they will all return to the default state. Let us know if this does not fix the problem and if not send the error message to us so we can narrow it down a little eaiser. HelpMaster development team. Have you seen what's new in v13 yet?
