When adding actions to a job through the web console in HM, the Time (hh:mm:ss) boxes are greyed out and I can not put in time spent. Only Cost is available.

Is this a flaw or are we meant to be able to put times in?

    Hi Daniel,

Could you please check and let us know the version number of the HelpMaster Pro you are using?

I remember addressing similar issue in the current release of HMP (ie. v9.1). If you are using an older version and wish to put your own time spent values on an action then you'll have to add the action first and then open this newly added action from the action log of the job. The time spent text boxes are enabled in edit mode of the actions prior to v9.1. In v9.1 of the web module, this has been improved by providing a timer control which can be stared/stopped in addition to allowing to put your own time spent values during adding an action (similar to its Desktop counterpart).

Have you seen what's new in v12.0 yet?

    Thanks for your reply Suman.

We are running version 9.0 at the moment.

I have just gone into a previously added action and then was able to put the time spent in manually. I will use this as a work around until we upgrade to version 9.1

    Thanks
