4 Replies and 3452 Views Entity Custom Fields  3452  4 Started by  Drew Goodwin Hi, In our HelpMaster installation Sites have a number of custom fields defined. 3 Replies and 1958 Views V10 - Changes to schema  1958  3 Started by  Ben Harrison Hi I'm going through the process of modifying the code I had written to show users jobs and to let them create new ones. 0 Replies and 1445 Views Emailing, Email Templates and Action templates with email templates  1445  0 Started by  Rod Weir As of v9.1, the API does not have any emailing capabilities. This means that when you use an Action template (either directly, or via a Job Template that contains an Action Template), any Email Templates associated will not be applied, and no email will be sent.&160; Email functionality may be somthing that will be included in future releases of the API A work-around is to use the Priority Manager to send email and apply action templates (which also send email if Email Templates are linked t...
