Since the HelpMaster Pro v9 release, the staff activity reports have not worked correctly. A fix is now available.
Attached to this post (see link below) is a zip file of the 5 fixed staff activity reports. Simply download this file, unzip it, and copy the reports over the top of your existing reports.
The monthly summary report has been updated so that it also includes a breakdown of not only how many actions each staff member has performed during the reporting period, but also a summary of which action summary codes they have been using. This makes for a very interesting analysis.
These updated reports will also be part of the next maintenance release of HelpMaster Pro v9.0.2.
