Can't run reports

     Hi,

    We moved our HM Pro software to a different server a while ago and everything is working fine except we can't run report and get below error.

     

    Version :6.0.8005

    Does any know what could cause to this issue?

    Woah! A version 6 error report - Haven't seen one of these in years! In one sense, it's good to see that it's still going. On the other hand, there's about 5 major versions to catch up on.

    I believe this error is being caused by HelpMaster not being able to find the physical reports files (the .rpt files). Check the "Working folders / files" settings under the "Administration" menu. Likely it's pointing to your old settings. Simply update the reports folder to the new location and everything should be OK.

    Let us know if this does not fix the issue.

    The other way to fix this is to upgrade to v10 ;-)
