A new knowledge base article has just been posted with a fix to an issue that causes HelpMaster to crash whenever a job template is selected to log a new job. Full details here. https://prdsoftware.com/h...rticle.aspx?view=134 A maintenance patch will be released early January 2010 to correct this issue.
