Helpmaster is unable to locate the email messaging components

"A fatal configuration error has occured. Helpmaster is unable to locate the email messaging components" I am getting this error after upgrading my office to Microsoft office 2010 64bit. I have reinstalled Helpmaster 10.0.0.165. I have reinstalled office. It was working with 32 bit. But we have others here in the office working with 64bit 2010. I get this error when I try to change the email settings in the user preferences.

I have also removed and recreated my profile.

Hi, Thanks for reporting this issue. The 64 bit version of Outlook is not compatible with the current version of HelpMaster available for download on this site. A 64 bit version of HelpMaster will be available very soon. For anyone else getting this error and using Microsoft Office 2010, 64 bit edition your options are... 1. Uninstall Office 2010 64 bit edition and use the 32 bit edition....or 2. Wait until the 64 bit edition of HelpMaster is available and install this.
