The next major release of HelpMaster will feature our brand-new, built-from-scratch web interface. Not only does it look great and is fast, it includes a lot of new functionality, particularly for customer self-service.
The new client-facing web portal will display "Template catalogs", which are grouping of Job Templates. Once a user has drilled into the appropriate job template, the new "Control Sets" feature can be used to display and store custom data fields for each individual job type. Think of "Control Sets" as mini-forms, or custom sets of custom data fields. Powerful stuff.
Still lots to do, but the devs are working hard, and it's coming together very well.
