    Received via tech support

    Can we have a new system code for the email templates.

    I would like a code which shows the “Last Action Date/Time”.

    Would be very useful as part of the PM.

    Great idea - we'll get it in for the upcoming v12 release.

    Done.  Now available in v12.

     

     

    Should be very useful in escalations, alert notices and similar.  Note also the new timezone variant.  This will include the timezone information for this date.

    Some more notes on why this "Jobs -> Job_LastActionedDate" Tag was added.

    If you use this Email Tag when adding an action to a Job, then it is exactly the same as the "Job Actions -> Action_Date" Tag, being the date of the action that was just added.
    This tag was created for use with Priority Manager when sending email without adding an Action to the Job via the "Send Email" section.
    As the Priority Manager service knows which Job it is sending emails for but is not actually adding an Action this tag will state the date the Job was last actioned.

    A real word example would be;
    when you want to email staff members about a Job in their Job queue that has not been action for more than X amount of time, but don't want to add an Acion to the Job, Then this Email Tag will let them know the last time the Job was Actioned.
