Good idea Marni. I would love to see the full range of fields, including Client details and all custom fields, available to map into from the parser.
For an example, you might receive an email from a generic email address, but in that email is the client name and email address, phone number etc. If you want the Email Manager to log it, it will get logged with the generic email address as the client.
If I could use the parser to pull out the client name and contact info, and use that as the basis for a new job, it would be fantastic.
