    1. A separate window or column for additional notes, it is for using quick reference for the case.

    2. For ticket explorer - have an option of similar view with Outlook.

    3. The billing time be seen on the action items without the need of opening the action item.

    Hi John,

    Thanks for the suggestions for HelpMaster.

    1. Separate windows for notes. Have you tried the "Properties" tab on the job screen? You can store additional notes here. Is this what you're referring to, or did you have something else in mind?

    2. Similar view of Outlook. This is an interesting idea. Do you mean having more folders/categories to sort and group tickets by?

    3. Try the Field Chooser (User menu), and select "Action log", and then addi the billing and other financial fields as required. Hopefully this does what you're after.

    Hi Rod,



    1. Yeah, similar to the Properties tab, but it would be better if the notes can be seen on the details tab beside the body of the ticket.

    2. Sort of, the view in Outlook wherein the first column shows the email folders, second column shows the email subject, sender, then third column shows the email preview. So in ticket explorer, the preview would be on the right side and not on the bottom.

    3. Thanks for that, ill try adding those.
