Hi Joanne,

Configuring Email Manager and getting some automation going is a rewarding task.  Once you get it all going, you'll never look back.  Regarding the documentation, there is currently not a way to easily document all of the profile meta data.  We're currently looking into producing some reports for this to make it easier (keep an eye on the reports swap shop).  In the meantime, I think cut and paste is the way to go.  You might like to use the Template Manager to make this a little easier.  Once you open it, click on the "View Vertical" button and then you can browse through all of the Email Manager profiles via the Email Manager profiles category.  See below.
