This is more of a wishlist item for future versions of the e-mail manager but there is one thing I would really find helpful. Would it be possible to either have a one line title or description for each job. This field could then be automatically populated with the subject of the incoming e-mail (this would probably need to be optional).
Alternatively, if the first line of the job detail contained the e-mail subject, we could filter a report to only display the first line and achieve a similar result. If anyone has figured out how to achieve this in the current version, I would be most interested to know how. Currently, when an e-mail is added to the Job detail we get 3 blank lines, then the From, Sent and To fields, followed by the subject field which is 7 lines down.
