The Email manager doesn't pick up emails which are marked as Read, is
this an option or is it possible to get it to pick up emails no matter
if they are marked as read or not?
The issue is that our helpdesk staff look at the email inbox to check
that it is correctly picking things up and in advertently the first
message in the list is selected and marked as read. So by checking they
are causing a problem, but without checking we can't be sure that things
are working correctly.
Thanks for raising this issue. This is an interesting one. Currently the Email Manager only processes unread email. There is an option in Microsoft Outlook to not change the read status of email when you look at it.
