It's all well and good to give your client's a self-service option, but what if you don't want them playing around with their job, or seeing all of the information associated with them.  How flexible is the web interface?

At the lowest level, you can configure the web interface so your client's can only view their jobs.  This keeps them informed, without giving them authority to change things.

At the highest level, they can see both their jobs, and those of everyone else linked to their site.  They can also alter their job, add an action, close the job etc.

And you can have exceptions to the rule.  So even if you have things set up to allow your client's full access, you're not completely locked in because you can block inividual jobs (see image below).

So, it's completely up to you.  Let us know if you need assistance setting things up.

Here's a few screen shots of the up-coming release of HelpMaster Pro 8.0.14.  This version allows greater control over what your clients can see with regard to their position within the site hierarchy.

These searching / visibility options are controlled by the HelpMaster Pro administrator and are configured via the Web administration utility.
