It is ok, I have now find out that it is attached to the ClientID.

Hi Daniel.
The best way to move a technician from one Skillgroup to another is to use the system administrator screen (you need to log in to Helpmaster Pro with an Administrator logon).
You can just go to the skillgroup you want them to be in and press the add button, then select them from the technician list.
It will promot you to make sure you want to move them from their existing skillgroup so after clicking ok they will belong to only the new skillgroup and not their old one anymore.
All Jobs and things assigned to them will follow them to the new skillgroup (excluding Jobs in their old Skillgroups unassigned queue)
