    Hi all

I'm looking for a way to view the number of jobs in an unassigned queue of a skill group I am not a member of from My Jobs.  ie: without having to click to open the Skill Groups.  The reason is so that I will instantly see if there are jobs waiting to be assigned without having to remember to check it through the day

I created a search to do this but i still have to click the search as it doesn't show the totals in parentheses after it

    Cheers

    Scott

    Hi Scott,

Thanks for the question and welcome to the discussion board.

A saved search is a good idea, but as you've pointed out, they don't contain the job count in the brackets for easy visibility.  How about using the QCheck screen and then the "Unassigned" tab.

Not quite on the Helpdesk Explorer screen, but it's close?

    Hope this helps,

    Rod

    Hi Scott,

That would be a great feature! Thanks for contributing to our discussion board.

    Devs, is this possible?

    Scott

    Hey Rod

Thanks. Yeah I thought of that, but it's still the issue of remembering to check that queue. I tried leaving it open so I could see both windows, but you have to click refresh for it to update. I need an automatic solution that doesn't require remembering to check.

Ideally, staff should be able to be members of more than one skill group, or be able to add extra folders from other skill groups to their My Jobs - kind of like favorites folders

    Cheers
