Looks like style 3's got overwhelming support so far. I was previously using style 3 but now I use style 1 - it's got the familiar discussion board or facebook style look and feel. Ofcourse, if the HelpMaster clients do not have their avatars set, then it's no good. I use the action log field chooser to display the relevant action summary information.

I have been using style 2 but now that I am working remotely with limited bandwidth I have switched to style 3 for the same reason as Scott McRae. So yeah, style 3 is number 1 so far!

Style 1 for me. I like the simplicity and the visual. The rest of the detail I pick up in the field chooser settings I have for the Action Log.

Style 2. I primarly use the desktop and like all the information shown with out having to add field chooser columns and then scroll to the right to see the relevant information. I find it quite handy to be able to tell who did the acion by seeing their avitar image at a glance with out having to read names.
I would like to be able to try a facebook scan or simular to import any possible client images also, but mainly use the avitar to quickly see what i have added and what the client or other staff member have added with a simple glance.
