If I add a word to the dictionary is this for the whole team on is this my private dictionary?

HelpMaster Pro uses the same dictionary as the copy of Microsoft Word that is installed on your personal machine.  If you add a custom dictionary in Word, this will also be visible in the HelpMaster Pro Personal Preferences > General screen.  You can nominate one of the custom dictionaries that have been defined in Word to be used by HelpMaster Pro.

In order for a team to use the same custom dictionary, you will need to do the following;

1. Store the custom dictionary that you create in Word in a network location that each HelpMaster Pro user will have access read and write access to
2. On each HelpMaster Pro workstation, open Word and add this dictionary to the list of custom dictionaries
3. On each HelpMaster Pro workstation, log into HelpMaster Pro as the regular user of that machine, open the Personal Preferences Screen and choose the common custom dictionary in the drop-down box in the "Spell checking options" section.
