    Hi,

    In explorer view where you have the left hand side panel that shows my jobs and then I can select other people and skill groups is there anyway that I can change the names that appear under other people to be their clientid rather than their first or last name?

    Hi Joanne,

    Currently there is no way to change this.  It's hard-coded into the application.  I've had a chat with the developers and we'll add this to our wish-list for a future update.  Speaking of updates, here's a snap-shot of a pre-release of v9.1.  Notice the multiple skillgroup associations?

    Hi Joanne,  the conversion up to 9.1 will be handled by the Database and Reports Wizard.  It will automatically convert your database to the new format.  As usual, no data will be lost and it should only take a few seconds to do the job.

    The only thing you'll need to do is use the new admin screen to assign staff members to their new skillgroups.  See this post for a screen shot.
